Saturday served dinner. Often this dinner leads into the evening's entertainment event. All at the Lake are invited to both!

Appetizers :  Burrata / tomato salad with olives and Soppressata (spicy cured italian sausage ) or quiche with leeks and swiss cheese ( vegetarian option ) .
Entrees : Daube Nicoise ( braised beef in red wine/mushroom ) served with gnocchis or Branzino bouillabaisse (  fish soup with saffron potatoes and aioli toasts ) or goat cheese ravioli with sage butter and walnuts ( vegetarian option )
Dessert : Profiteroles ( pastry puffs filled w vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce )
