Join the Racquet Sports Committee on the courts today from 2pm to 4pm. This special event celebrates the first full year of the Sport Court and nearby new amenities at Lake Paupac. There will be Tennis Round Robin Games, Pickleball, and Children’s Tennis instruction (based on turnout), Basketball, and Volleyball events.  

 

Refreshments and Ice Cream to be offered at the event…all are invited to attend!

Boat parade 4th Of July Parade on the Lake! Uncle Sam wants you to join in the fun! Join the Boat Parade!

Meet in the center of the lake in any boat.

 

Friday July 4th at 12:30 p.m.
(If the boat parade is cancelled due to rain, come to the Barn at 12:30)

This year the Lake Paupac Season Opening Picnic is on the actual 4th!   Plan to come to kick off the summer catching up with your neighbors!  Similar to other years, there will be hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, pulled pork and lots of sides.  

 

$25 adults; $10 children 5-10 years old; no charge for children 4 & under.  

 

Let us know how many each of meet-eaters, vegetarians and children 5-10 are coming.

Come meet tonight's speaker Nick Spinelli, from the Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District. This is a great environmental organization. The Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Since 1979, they have been working with the community to protect Lake Wallenpaupack through a combination of water monitoring, educational activities, and implementation of best practices to reduce pollution.
