Appetizers : Beet carpaccio with goat cheese , arugula and walnuts or creamy butternut soup with parmesan and bacon

 

Entrees :  Roasted salmon over fettuccine pasta and broccolini, dill cream or french style savory " crepe " stuffed with chicken , mushrooms , topped with bechamel sauce .

Vegetarian option : Fettuccine pasta with rapini and mushrooms

 

Dessert : Panna Cotta with caramel sauce

Retired Ambassador Stuart Jones will speak on both current topics and experiences in the Foreign Service, Policy in the Middle East; outline the pros and cons and other topics may include; Iraq 2014 - 17 and the defeat of ISIS

Come join a night of fun where everyone is part of the cast!  Enjoy a wonderful dinner by Chef Jean Fred, and work together to solve a mystery.  Participants are asked to stay for the duration as each person interacts with others throughout the night sharing clues to figure out "who done it".  Recommended for ages 14 and older.
