Quadrathlon
Saturday, September 5th, 2026, 2pm to 4pm at South Beach - East Lake
The Quadrathlon is an iconic, family-friendly event! Participate in this Paupac tradition as an individual or a team. The legs of the race include the following:
- RUN: A one mile run along East Lake Drive
- SWIM: An approximate 200 yard swim in Lake Paupac
- BIKE: 2.5 mile bike ride along East Lake Drive and the Service Road
- BOAT: Kayak to the Lodge buoy and back to the beach/finish line. Boaters can use any type of boat.
All bikers need to wear a helmet and consider wearing a life preserver if you’re a swimmer. No limit to team size if kids want to compete with their parents. The organizers will explain the race in more detail before the event.
